When we’re picking up our valued passengers from any of London airports, or from a holiday port cruise harbour, we can provide all passengers with a meet and greet services for an additional small fee of £15.00 This service makes it easier to identify your licensed driver in the arrival hall.
To provide hassle-free service to you, our head office team will monitor the flight’s arrival time at all times free of charge. This means that whether your flight is due earlier or later than estimated, your private driver will meet you at the correct time as instructed by our head office. The popular pick up point is mostly “Meeting Point or Costa Coffee“ after 20 minutes following your flight’s landing time, as this allows enough time for you to collect your suitcases.
In case you would like your private minicab driver or chauffeur to meet you earlier or after the regular 20 minutes. Heathrow Gatwick Cars highly recommends that you email us within or not later than 6 hours before the landing time. How to Easily Identify Your Driver
Private chauffeur will use a label name board to display the name selected by you (the Booker). The Passenger will also receive a text message from your designated chauffeur to inform you that he has arrived and is ready. Because we understand that travelling and Airports can have unexpected delays, such as clearing customs, your designated chauffeur will usually wait for you for forty minutes from the minute of your flight’s arrival time.
The airport car park charges are covered by the meet and greet fees for 45 min after your flight lands (please note: additional waiting time will incur further charges (except if otherwise arranged)).
Our London PHV drivers will also assist you with your suitcase towards the vehicle, and acquire a car parking ticket as verification of entrance and departure.
Our Meet and Greet Services waiting time has a maximum of 45 mins (absolutely free) and hourly (chargeable) from the time the flight lands. If no contact has been made with the passenger'(s) or traveller(s) by that time, then we’ll regard that as “No Show Up“. The transfer will likely be cancelled along with full charges. Should you need well over an hour of waiting time, please don’t hesitate to get a hold of our head office team to advise us that you will require additional time to be ready for your transfer.
Note: Further waiting time and additional car parking charges will apply once your original 60 minutes waiting time has elapsed.
